Embodied Poetry

I’ve been making visual art on and off for years, as a playful adjunct to my practice as a poet. I’m offering here a number of original pieces – all of them A3 acrylic on paper – to raise money for Scottish charity, Three Streams, which I founded in 2019. The money will go towards creating a Real Living Wage for myself as operational director and for additional charity employees.

All my artwork is inspired by nature, the mythic imagination and by a spiritual appreciation of the world. I’m endlessly fascinated by the relationship between the inner and the outer – the spiritual and the material – and how bringing them into alignment is the healing work of our time (and all times).
